I. Product Positioning
This hydraulic pump is a conventional standard power device specially made for prestressing construction work. It adopts manual lever operation to switch internal hydraulic circuits and output high-pressure oil. The pump can support various tensioning jacks and strand extrusion tools. Due to its stable performance and simple operation, it has always been the most common basic pump for small and medium-sized prestressing projects on site.
II. Structural Composition and Function
Blue Integral Oil Tank
The main blue tank body comes with large oil storage capacity. An oil level gauge is installed on the side for workers to check the remaining hydraulic oil at any time. Lifting handles are reserved on the body, making daily oil filling and on-site carrying and transferring much more convenient.
Vertical Motor with Rain Cover
The gray vertical motor is arranged on the top of the pump set, fitted with a blue umbrella-shaped rain shield. This basic protective structure can block light rain and dust, enabling the equipment to work stably in open-air construction scenarios without frequent protection measures.
Manual Multi-Port Reversing Valve
Two control handles are installed on the right side of the valve group. Workers toggle the handles manually to switch the hydraulic circuit, so as to realize jack tensioning and cylinder retraction reset. A matching pressure gauge is integrated on the valve body to display real-time hydraulic output pressure for construction reference.
Dual Hydraulic Oil Ports
The valve assembly is equipped with two oil outlets. Users can connect high-pressure hydraulic hoses to match various double-acting hydraulic tools, realizing normal circulating hydraulic operation.
III. Core Product Advantages
Simple Mechanical Structure, Stable and Durable
This pump relies purely on mechanical handles for circuit switching. The internal valve structure is straightforward with fewer precision accessories, leading to extremely low failure rate. It can maintain stable operation for a long time even in dusty, humid sites or areas with poor daily maintenance conditions. Disassembly, inspection and parts replacement are very easy for on-site workers.
Different from electromagnetic remote control pumps, this model has no electronic control components and circuit lines. It completely avoids common faults such as line aging, signal failure and solenoid valve damage, showing stronger adaptability to harsh construction environments.
Easy Operation and High Cost Performance
The handle position directly controls the oil flow direction. Operators can clearly judge the pressurization and pressure relief status through hand feel and gauge changes, which perfectly fits the traditional operation habits of most construction teams. Workers can get started quickly without complicated training.
Compared with electric control pumps and multi-functional high-end pump stations, this manual pump has lower purchase cost and later maintenance cost. It delivers reliable basic performance for conventional tensioning work, with very high cost effectiveness.
Strong On-Site Adaptability
With the top rain cover design, the equipment can cope with light rainy weather during outdoor construction, saving the trouble of building temporary rain shielding facilities repeatedly. The oil tank has sufficient capacity, and the unit adopts natural heat dissipation, which fully meets the daily continuous tensioning workload of conventional projects.
This pump features wide compatibility. It can be well matched with most mainstream prestressing equipment on the market, including front-grip tensioning jacks, hollow center-hole jacks and steel strand extrusion machines, covering most conventional prestressing construction needs.
