I. Product Positioning
Model ZB2×2‑50A is a commonly‑seen mobile electric hydraulic pump for highway and bridge prestressing jobs. It acts as the power source for center‑hole jacks and front‑grip tensioning jacks, and you will find this unit as the standard power supply on most prestressing construction sites.
II. Main Structural Parts
Wheeled mobile base. Heavy‑duty wheels are fitted underneath the pump. Workers can roll the whole unit around beam decks and job‑site ground with little effort, which fits the need of doing tension work at many different spots.
Dual hydraulic circuits plus two pressure gauges. There are two separate hydraulic loops, each fitted with its own pressure gauge. Two tensioning jacks can hook up at the same time and run side‑by‑side.
Vertical drive motor. Matched with plunger pump assembly, this motor keeps output pressure steady. Its rated working pressure hits 63 MPa, more than enough for regular prestressing work.
Built‑in oil tank. The green outer casing holds a large‑volume oil cavity. Lifting lugs are also added onto the housing. This single assembly takes care of oil storage, main frame support and hoisting points for moving the pump.
III. Core Product Characteristics
Dual‑circuit dual‑station setup
With two fully independent hydraulic outputs, you may connect two tensioning jacks and have two operators carry out tensioning work in parallel. Compared with single‑circuit pumps, site working speed can almost double. Each circuit has its own pressure readout. Two groups of prestressing strands can be monitored and adjusted separately; pressure changes from one side will not disturb the other circuit.
Wheeled chassis for easy relocation
Thanks to the wheeled base, the pump can roll freely on beam tops, precast yards and foundation pit slopes. You do not need cranes or frequent hoisting transfers. It works really well for segmented tensioning spread over many locations. The whole machine keeps a low centre of gravity. It stays stable while being pushed around, and helps reduce oil leakage triggered by bumpy ground and vibration.
Consistent pressure output in field conditions
Axial plunger pump is adopted here. Pressure builds up gradually without sharp spikes, and holds pressure fairly well. When doing step‑by‑step loading and pressure‑holding procedures, pressure swing stays small, so tension force can be controlled accurately. Multi‑layer sealing layout lowers high‑pressure oil leakage risk. The pump can keep running reliably even under dusty or damp site conditions.
Convenient maintenance and wide compatibility
Most wearing parts follow common industry standards. Seals, pressure gauges and reversing valves are easy to source and swap out when damaged, so field repair work does not take long. This pump works with most regular prestressing tools: center‑hole jacks, front‑grip jacks, strand extruders and embossing machines are all supported. It uses mechanical manual reversing control instead of lots of electronic parts. That keeps failure rates low under rough construction‑site surroundings.
